​How can I book Madison?
If you email info@madisonparty.co.uk with the date of your function and the venue then we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we are available. You can also ring Nick on 07841904665 if you wish to chat in person. Once confirmed we will email you an invoice with all the details on and the payment details.

​How much do you charge?
The price of Madison varies depending on distance (we are based on the Wirral) and the date. We will discuss prices once we have all the information.

​Do You take a deposit?
Yes we take a deposit of 15% which can be payed by cheque or bank transfer. All the details will be in the invoice.

​When do we need to pay the rest of the balance?
We accept cash on the night but if you wish to pay by cheque then we ask if it can be posted a week before the event. If you wish to pay by bank transfer then any time up to the date of the event is fine.

​What do you provide for the disco?
We have a huge collection of music and have playlists already created for different types of events. We are happy to take requests on the night and if you wish to email your favourite songs over then we are happy to make sure they get played.
 
Do you provide PA and lighting?
Yes we have professional lighting and Pa system. We have different systems for different size venues as we appreciate some rooms are larger than others.

​What Do You Wear?
We dress smart casual.

​What time do you arrive and finish?
Madison arrive at 6pm on average to be setup for 7. We are happy to stay till 12 or 1am depending on the venues music license.

​What do you need space wise?
Madison can fit in any space within reason but obviously the bigger the better. We have performed in houses and theatres so space isn’t an issue (within reason).

​The venue has asked for Public Liability and PAT testing certificates, have you got these?
Yes we have both certificates and we appreciate that some venues will ask for them. Just let us know and we will email you over a copy of them.

​Can we see Madison play live before our function?
We mainly play private function but we have a residency every Sunday evening at The Cavern Club, Liverpool
